North Port is a growing community located between Port Charlotte to the south and Venice
to the north. It offers good access to Interstate 75 and many families find this a good location if
their emploment is in Sarasota or Ft Myers. Several golf course communities may be found here.

|
North Port is the largest incorporated city in Florida in size. Many builders in our area found
the lots to be quite affordable in the early 2000's so there are many newer homes available. North
Port is also home to Warm Mineral Springs. People from all over the world come to enjoy the
"rejuvenating powers" of the southern "fountain of youth".
